Join Us for Food, Music, Pumpkins, and More

Very exciting news! Today I get to invite you to our upcoming Bluegrass Harvest Open House launch party in Glen Park. Our newest listing at 100 Stillings is going live this week, and we wanted to do something special for our clients, potential clients, realtor partners, and friends. 

That’s why we would love for you to join us on Thursday, October 20, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. We'll have homemade chili with all the fixings, which of course, includes cornbread. We'll have complimentary beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks. Plus, there will be live music by Muleskinner Stomp, a five-piece bluegrass band. Also, since it's officially Fall season now and Halloween is right around the corner, we're giving away 50 free pumpkins to the first guests to arrive.

However, the real star of the show is 100 Stillings Ave., at the corner of Glen Park, Sunnyside, and Mira Loma. It's a perfect starter home, with two beds and one bath. Also, there is expansion potential downstairs to possibly add a third or fourth bedroom and even maybe another bathroom.

We'll have our architect partner, Daniel Foa with FOA Architects, at the event to discuss the feasibility of expansion. You can also ask him all of your questions about remodeling, permitting, and even adding on to your own home.
